HOW TO MAKE SOUR DOUGH BREAD.

INGREDIENTS 4c flour sourdough starter 1t salt 1T yeast 2c cold water 2c boiling water oil METHOD 1.wash your hands 2.put the flower,yeast,salt and sour dough starter in the bowl 3.put 2c cold water then 2c hot water into your bowl 4.mix well 5.then cover and leave to rise in a warm place 6.oil 2 bread tins and half fill with dough 7.once it has doubled in size, cook it 8.set your oven to the highest temp 9.once it is hot enough put it in and cook until your loaf sounds hollow 10.let it cool slice and eat!
